Version 1.2 – November 1, 2026
1. Publisher and purpose
Crooks Arena is a free mobile game published by Anthony Mendes Salle (trading as InDev'O), sole proprietor, SIRET 938 066 834 00020, 84420 Piolenc, France, https://indevo.fr, [email protected]. The game is hosted by IONOS SE (Montabaur, Germany). These terms govern its use. You accept them when you create your account, along with the privacy policy.
2. Personal account
The account is created with Google or Apple. It is personal: you are responsible for how it is used. The game is intended for people aged 13 and over.
3. Prohibited behavior
- cheating;
- exploiting flaws or bugs, which must be reported to us;
- abusive, hateful or unlawful names;
- reselling or transferring accounts.
4. Sanctions and bans
An account may be suspended or banned, in particular for cheating, fraud, refund abuse or behavior contrary to these terms. A banned account loses access to the game and all its content, including anything purchased, without compensation, subject to your statutory rights. To contest a measure, write to [email protected].
5. Account deletion and erasure
You can delete your account at any time, from the game or on request. The account is deactivated immediately, and you can cancel during the period stated in the privacy policy by signing in again. After this period, your data is erased or pseudonymized, under the conditions described in the privacy policy, and the hash described below is kept if your account is banned. Your progress and everything you own in the game, including anything purchased, are then lost.
A banned account may also request its erasure, but cannot cancel it. A non-reversible hash of its Google or Apple identifier is then added to a blacklist, to prevent circumvention of the sanction: sign-in and the creation of an account with the same identity are refused. This hash cannot be used to recover the identifier. Its retention period is stated in the privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The game, its universe, characters, graphics, sounds and code are the property of the publisher or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.
7. Virtual content and purchases
In-app purchases are not active at this time. Their terms are set out in the terms of sale.
8. Versus mode
Versus mode is free, optional and punitive. If you lose a fight in this mode, an item, including a purchased item, whatever the means of payment, may pass permanently to your opponent. The game warns you before each time you enter the queue, and you must accept this in order to play. An item lost in this way is neither returned nor refunded, subject to your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and cannot be held liable for service interruptions, loss of game data or failures of third parties (Google, Apple, hosting provider), to the extent permitted by law. Consumers' statutory rights remain applicable.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may change; substantial changes will be notified in the game. Continuing to play constitutes acceptance; if you refuse, you may delete your account.
11. Governing law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the dispute is brought before the competent courts, and consumers may refer it to the courts of their place of residence. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details are provided on request at [email protected].
